Are you imposing boundaries in your own mind to protect yourself?
When you let thoughts float on by, you transcend your personal self.
The idea of death helps us have more clarity and prioritize what’s important
Death gives life meaning.
Reflecting on death can make your relationships more meaningful.
How would you change your life knowing you’re going to die in a week? Why aren’t you doing those things now?
Find the balance between extremes - it’s an essential part of your spiritual awakening.
When you find your right path and stick to it, you’ll be more energized and your life will be simpler and clearer.
