You know that dream you have? The one you’ve been putting off for years?
Maybe you’ve put if off for so long that you no longer believe it’s achievable.

We can live lives that inspire and fulfill us.
We get to choose what our days look like and what legacy we leave.

I don’t believe you have to take what is given to you.
But I did not always feel this way.
I used to feel stuck in my life, in the roles I was playing, and in the circumstances I was born into. I used to feel helpless to change, and resentful of those who I felt were holding me back.
I was totally playing the victim in my life until I discovered there was another way, until I began to question everything and start over. I wiped everything from my plate and only put back what felt good. I examined all of my closely held beliefs and practices and measured them against my inner Truth.
Not only did this translate into changes in my career, relationships, and spirituality, but I now feel more fulfilled knowing that I am working towards goals that actually matter to me, and were defined by me. I am creating my life on purpose every chance I get.
And this is possible for you as well.
When I first started coaching, I was primarily focused on helping women manage their time in order to fit all of their to-dos into their packed schedules, while making time for what really mattered most to them. What I found in the process was that man of my clients were out of touch with what they truly desired, or had rehearsed excuses (albeit valid) that kept there true desires just out of reach.
The only reason this was easy for me to spot was because I had lived this way for years myself. This and many of the lessons I learned are described in my upcoming memoir, thus the book cover image. I've learned so much along my journey and love sharing whatever is helpful.
By helping my clients reconnect to their most authentic selves, just as I had, we witnessed dreams coming true as they became more inline with who they truly were on the inside.
